Ariana Grande Video: 'Never Been Prouder To Be An American'

Ariana Grande posted an apology video on YouTube to all her "babes" offended by the donut-licking, America bashing incident caught on video.

The singer said "the whole donut fiasco and craziness" was "a rude awakening" for her. "I was so disgusted with myself, Grande said. "I, like, shoved my face in a pillow and wanted to disappear, but instead of that I'm going to come forward and own up to what I did and take responsibility and say 'I'm sorry.'"

The video of Grande saying "I hate America" when she saw a platter of oversize donuts and then secretly licking them in a southern California donut shop triggered outrage across the United States.

"I've actually never been prouder to be an American, to be honest with you," she said.

Letting her fans down "sucks," she said. "I'm 22 years old, I'm human and I've still got a lot to learn," she said. "I'll make mistakes and that's how I'm going to learn."
